What is a structural warranty?
A structural warranty is an essential peace of mind that comes with buying a Bell home. It is an insurance policy that has you covered should there be any defects in your Bell home, the warranty is paid for by us before construction begins and protects you from any structural damage that may occur in the first ten years after completion.
What’s covered?
Your deposit! If anything, unfortunate was to happen to us at bell homes and we could not complete the property, the warranty provider ensures you would get your deposit back in full!
For the first two years from handover day, we will cover you for ‘snags’. These are small imperfections within the property that might need correcting. You can review the property yourself to spot any of these snags, or work with an independent agency who will find them for you.
At your reservation you will have the whole process explained to you, including how to report snags to our team so they can be rectified by us.

Structural Insurance, this is the main part of the warranty and protects you from structural issues after our Bell homes 2-year aftercare period finishes.
