Past Communities.

Millbrook Drive, Norton

A truly unique development of private 3- & 4-bedroom homes situated between Tewkesbury, Gloucester & Cheltenham. The site was comprised of beautifully designed properties that felt truly individual, with a rustic and rural aesthetic brought to each one. Large gardens, big parking spaces and interior spaces that flow from room to room. Our favourite part of this development was the close community feel you get as soon as you turn in.
Nicola Bird, COO

Millbrook Drive was about creating homes with personality. We didn’t want uniformity, we wanted individuality, space and a genuine sense of belonging.
From the generous gardens to the way the streets were designed to feel calm and welcoming, this development reflects what matters most to us: building homes where families can put down roots and feel proud to live.

Old Elm Rise, Longhope

Bringing a beautiful series of twenty-three-2-, 3-& 4-bedroom homes in the heart of the Forest of Dean. Being a local building developer, it was fantastic to bring these homes to life in an area right on our doorstep. Combining a mix of traditional brickwork and vibrant exterior finishes, the community came together to create a family friendly and welcoming environment. Our favourite house type was The Chesterton, a large 4 bedroom home with an amazing open plan layout and single garage.
Peter Bell, CEO

Old Elm Rise is a development close to our hearts. As a local family business, building in our own community carries real responsibility.
We focused on quality craftsmanship and timeless design, creating homes that will stand the test of time. Seeing families settle and grow here is exactly why we do what we do.

Covent Garden, Redmarley

A premium collection of homes in the village of Redmarley. The covent garden development combined a rural aesthetic with modern features to create a unique series of homes. The external façade’s showcased a striking combination of wood and brickwork, allowing each home to blend beautifully into the surrounding countryside.
Nicola Bird, COO

Covent Garden was designed to respect its surroundings while offering something distinctive. We carefully balanced traditional materials with contemporary layouts to create homes that feel both characterful and practical for modern living.
For us, great development is about enhancing a village, not just building within it, and we’re proud of the contribution this one has made to Redmarley.
