Once you have selected your preferred New Home, you may secure it with a reservation fee of £1000.
At this stage, you will confirm your financial arrangements.
You will appoint a solicitor or conveyancer to act on your behalf.

In the final stages, we ensure everything is ready for your move:
Your solicitor will be notified 10 working days before completion and we will contact you to arrange for you to meet our site manager for demonstration of your New Home this will familiarise you with how everything works
